The service is provided for collecting ID card data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for having the right to collect it.
Keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Paid plans (₹299 / month, ₹999 / year) enable full features for the chosen period. A free demo is available with limited usage.
If a paid plan is not renewed, we allow a grace period of 10 days after expiry to renew and keep your data. If the plan is still not renewed after this grace period, all data associated with the account — including college/organization logins, member records and uploaded photos — is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. This deletion cannot be undone. We recommend downloading your Excel data and photos before your plan expires, or renewing in time to avoid data loss.
Do not misuse the service or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
